WILLIAM W. (WICK) PILCHER II is President & Chief Executive Officer for Wick Pilcher Insurance, Inc. Mr. Pilcher has been in the insurance industry for more than thirty years. He began his career as a broker at C.E. Heath with Lloyd's of London. He joined Olliver/Pilcher Insurance in 1978 as an Account Executive and in 1983 was appointed President/CEO. In 1986, Olliver/Pilcher merged with Corroon & Black and Wick was named Chairman/CEO of the Arizona office. In June 1992 Wick resigned this position to open his own independent agency, Wick Pilcher Insurance, Inc. A long-standing tradition links the Pilcher name with insurance for the past half century. The company provides full service in three areas: Commercial Insurance, Personal Insurance, and Employee Benefits.
Wick strongly believes in giving back to the community and has served on many boards including Barrow Neurological Foundation, Brophy College Preparatory, BBVA Compass Bank, Heard Museum, Men’s Anti-Violence Network, Paradise Valley Country Club, Phoenix Symphony and Young Presidents Organization.

Phil has been in the insurance business for more than 35 years. He has been with Wick Pilcher Insurance for 18 years. His career began with Safeco Insurance Company in Portland, Oregon.
Phil graduated from Willamette University in Salem, OR. He holds insurance designations for Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). He has specialized in working with complicated Property and Casualty accounts, including Professional Liability and Directors & Officers Liability needs of private and public companies.

Carl has been in the insurance industry since 1978 and spent the first part of his career as an underwriter for one of the largest insurance companies in the world. He joined the retail side of the business and now has over thirty-three years of serving clients of all sizes with operations throughout the United States and Canada.
Carl is motivated to help people understand the complexities of the insurance world combining excellent teaching skills—coupled with patience and a strong desire to bring a high level of personal commitment to every client. He LOVES his work and has been passionate about providing cost-saving risk solutions for over three decades.

The insurance industry has taken him across the country from Boston to San Diego; finally settling him back in his home town of Phoenix. Mark takes an overall risk management approach when it comes to insuring his clientele. He is committed to helping both clients and potential clients identify areas of risk within their organizations that have the potential for costing them time and money.

Mark has worked in the insurance industry since 1992. He is part of a 5th generation insurance family that has been insuring individuals and businesses in Arizona since 1892. His background and expertise allow him to work in many segments of the industry and with many diverse business groups.

He volunteers his time with several organizations including Boy Scouts of America and PANG (Phoenix Air National Guard) Patriots, an organization that dedicates time and resources to support the families of deployed Guardsman of the Air National Guard.

After receiving a Bachelor of Sciences degree in exercise physiology from the University of Pittsburgh, Lori began her career in the delivery side of healthcare as a Recreation Therapist with the Arizona State Hospital. She began her migration into the employee benefits arena in 2001, serving as a Senior Benefits Consultant for the Alliance for Affordable Services.
Lori joined Wick Pilcher Insurance in 2003, and has successfully leveraged her healthcare knowledge and consulting experience in developing an impressive array of clients. Lori provides strategic benefits guidance and in-depth consultation on Employer Sponsored Benefits. Lori is well recognized by employer clients and carriers alike for her technical expertise and creative approach to complex benefits and multi-sited employer challenges, HR and legislative compliance, as well as her pioneering efforts with consumer drive healthcare.
